Are your items handmade?
Yes—many of our pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and size are part of what makes each item unique.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent each piece accurately, but due to the handmade nature and lighting, slight differences may occur. We believe this adds to the character of each item.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items may be restocked, but many are one-of-a-kind or produced in limited quantities. If you see something you love, we recommend securing it before it’s gone.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Our products are sourced from artisan partners, primarily in Morocco and other regions known for craftsmanship.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on the item and destination. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, tracking details will be sent as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping on orders exceeding $49. All other shipping costs are calculated at checkout to ensure accurate pricing based on your location and item size.
Returns & Damages
Do you accept returns?
Unless indicated, we accept returns within 14 days. Some items may require a restocking fee.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
