The Site operates as an ecommerce store offering home decor products including handmade rugs and artisan goods.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued.

Minor size variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Color Representation Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible.

However, colors may appear differently depending on:

  • photography variations

Maisontopia LLC cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.

Color variation alone is not considered grounds for return or refund.

Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Maisontopia LLC is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from the Site pass to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier or confirmed delivered to the provided shipping address.

Delivery Confirmation

Orders may be shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.

Maisontopia LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

International Orders and Customs

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Maisontopia LLC is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Returns and Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • the item arrived damaged

  • the item is defective

  • the incorrect item was delivered

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds for non-defective returns from the Artisan Collections are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

Returns may be made by mail at the customer's expense.

Return instructions will be provided upon approval.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Product Use and Safety Disclaimer

Rugs and similar home decor items may present potential hazards if improperly installed or used, including slipping or tripping risks.

Customers are responsible for:

  • using rug pads or anti-slip materials when necessary

  • ensuring safe placement and installation

Maisontopia LLC shall not be responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses resulting from the installation, placement, handling, or use of products purchased from the Site.
