Shipping & Delivery

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible after purchase. Estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout and must be paid in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

International Shipping

If you purchase goods from us for delivery outside of the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Maisontopia is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase, including the correct recipient name.

Maisontopia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address if the information provided by the customer is incomplete or inaccurate.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items from our Artisan Collection are subject to a 20% restocking fee due to the handmade and specialty nature of these products.

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstance:

  • The item arrives damaged or broken

Returns

Approved returns may be sent back by mail.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@maisontopia.com for return instructions before sending the item back.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging when possible.
